What do I know?

There are certain types of knowledge, like 'self knowlege' (if that even is a thing!) that I think I will only experience through practice. Performance has become my way of making sense of the world and my place in it. Not only this but I am asserting my right to self-expression and coming to terms with my past. Performance has enabled me to explore and question my own identity, to self-represent and articulate the complexed thoughts and emotions that are difficult to communicate through language.
